Flux Cored Wires
The E71T1 flux cored wire is offered in this product category. The Böhler E71T-1 C is an Indonesian product with ABS and DNV certification. Please refer to the attached PDS for product details. This is a self-shielding cored wire weld, unlike all other MIG welding processes that do not require an external shielding gas.
Instead, flux compounds supplied with the wire react with the arc to form gases that protect the weld pool.
E71T1 flux cored welding wire is primarily used in heavy-duty industrial manufacturing but is not highly recommended for entry-level applications. Let’s look at some features.
